This is an Oxfam GHT initiative to strengthen our ability to respond swiftly and effectively to humanitarian crises. This will allow us to quickly identify, mobilize, and deploy qualified and willing staff across the confederation with the right technical and business support expertise at the most critical early stages of a response, and It would significantly improve crisis preparedness across Oxfam, which has been identified as a core priority in the 2023 Humanitarian Capacity Analysis.

Whether your background is in logistics, protection, gender, partnerships, water and sanitation, public health, finance, MEAL, FES, security or programme management, your expertise can play a crucial role in helping communities in crisis.

Once you register in the platform, you will be able to apply to each of the different talent pools available. Each pool requires different levels of skills and expertise, you can explore them all to find which one(s) fits better with your interest and technical capacities.
