Important Considerations

  1. This platform serves as a centralised hub of information, accessible to the HR and Programme Support Team in the GHT who are managing humanitarian operations.
  2. Your participation in this register does not obligate you to deploy, neither guarantee your deployment, but ensures you are considered when opportunities arise.
  3. By joining the register, you signal your readiness to be deployed at short notice to support first-phase humanitarian responses.
  4. Once a new emergency strikes and the GHT receives a Staff Request, a detailed description of the role and estimated deployment time will be defined. At this point, if you are pre-selected for a deployment, you will be requested to collect the approval of your line manager and your HR referent.
  5. We recommend you to inform your line manager and HR referent in advance on your intention to be part of this register. This is to avoid unnecessary delays at the time of the emergency.
